Residency Requirements

Wagering through Day At The Track shall be conducted in accordance with applicable state and federal laws and placed into on-track, co-mingled pari-mutuel pools hosted at each racetrack. The tote system is tested prior to and during any racetrack performance card as required by applicable regulations. All wagering activity shall be maintained in records so that regulators may review information for any race, including the amounts of wagers placed on any betting interest and such other information, as may be required and which does not violate our Privacy Policy.

| State-Specific Restrictions |
We are unable to open accounts, even for subscription services, in the following states and territories:
Nevada, Utah and Puerto Rico.
Residents of the following states (and Canada) are not allowed to use our wagering interface to place wagers, however, residents can purchase our subscription services:
Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina and Washington D.C..
Day At The Tracks is required to be licensed in the following states before the state's residents are allowed to use our wagering interface to place wagers, however, residents can purchase our subscription services:
California, Oregon, Virginia, Washington.
In addition, states which do not allow wagering by their residents on "home state" tracks, include:
Alabama, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas and West Virginia.
