Wagering through Day At The Track shall be conducted in accordance with applicable state and federal laws and placed into on-track, co-mingled pari-mutuel pools hosted at each racetrack. The tote system is tested prior to and during any racetrack performance card as required by applicable regulations. All wagering activity shall be maintained in records so that regulators may review information for any race, including the amounts of wagers placed on any betting interest and such other information, as may be required and which does not violate our Privacy Policy.
State-Specific Restrictions
We are unable to open accounts, even for subscription services, in the following states and territories:
Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Utah.
Residents of the following states (and Canada) are not allowed to use our wagering interface to place wagers, however, residents can purchase our subscription services:
Alaska, Georgia, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, US Virgin Islands and Washington D.C..
Day At The Track is required to be licensed in the following states before the state's residents are allowed to use our wagering interface to place wagers, however, residents can purchase our subscription services:
Arizona, California, Colorado, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington and West Virginia.
In addition, states which do not allow wagering by their residents on "home state" tracks, include:
